Standards
ASTM G 153, ASTM G 154, ASTM D 4329, ASTM D 4799, ASTM D 4587, SAE, J2020, ISO 4892 All current UV aging test standards.
Light source
The light source uses 8 imported UV fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, 4 on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources for users to choose from. The luminescence spectrum energy of the UVA-340 lamp is mainly concentrated at the wavelength of 340 nm, and the luminescence spectrum of the UVB-313 lamp is mainly concentrated near the wavelength of 313 nm. We use the UVA-340 lamp because the fluorescent light energy output will gradually decay with time. In order to reduce the impact of the test due to the attenuation of light energy, this test box is every 1/1 of all eight lamps. When the fluorescent lamp of 4 is used, an old lamp is replaced by a new lamp, so that the ultraviolet light source is always composed of a new lamp and an old lamp, thereby obtaining a constant output light energy. The effective life of the lamp can be around 1600 hours.
