automatically.deduct the friction of yarn in one fixed location of roller.

(6)When do testing,can be switched to expert analysis system and connect to data base,store,and maintain information.

Detecting Function

(1)Can display evenness CV value and index of two gears for three different parameters in PC.

(2)One normal gear:fine-end-40%;slug+50%;nep+200%.

(3)The other gear:fine-end-40%;slug+35%;nep+140%.

(4)In report of group number,can see the quality index of 16 pcs for three different parameters.

Analysis System:

(1)Can analyze the reason of mechanical wave,also including the drawing

(2)wave,special wave,and difficult wave.

(2)Can enlarge the graph freely,which will be useful to analyze yarn fault.

(3)Can find out the regular fault point,distinguish dominate wave and harmonic wave.also can analyze the source of yarn fault from the

spun yarn processing to the first drawing processing.

Can quick inquiry the evenness CV value,fine-end value,slug value,nep value;Based on the requirement and compared with Ulster statistical bulletin,can analyze the quality level of 5%-95% of the kind of yarn.

Printing Function:

Can out print statistical form and testing form.also can print out the inquiry result and quality control chart.

Statistical Function:

Can sum up all kinds of weekly report,ten-day report,monthly report,yearly report based on different processing.and draw the quality controlling graph based on different types.
