Automatic Oxygen Index Tester DH-OI-01

Advantage:

1. Full-color touch screen control, just set the oxygen concentration value on the touch screen,

the program will automatically adjust to the oxygen concentration balance and emit a beep sound prompt, eliminating the trouble of manually adjusting the oxygen concentration;

2. The stepped proportional valve is used to greatly improve the control accuracy of the flow

rate. The closed-loop control is adopted. The oxygen concentration drift program is automatically adjusted back to the target value during the test, avoiding the disadvantage that the traditional oxygen index meter cannot adjust the oxygen concentration during the test. Improve test accuracy.

Application:

It is suitable for the determination of the combustion properties of materials such as plastics,

rubber, fibers, foams, films and textiles, that is, the concentration percentage of the

lowest oxygen in which the polymer just maintains combustion.

Features:

The combustion tube is made of high temperature resistant high quality quartz glass tube (inner diameter 85mm, length 300mm)

Outlet diameter: 40mm

The mixer is filled with glass beads to mix oxygen and nitrogen evenly. (Bead 4.5mm filling height 95mm, label one bag)

Self-supporting sample holder, which can hold the sample vertically; (optional non-self-supporting type frame)
