The packaging anti-pinch testing machine is used to simulate the impact of the clamping force of the two plywood on the package and the cargo when the car loading and unloading of the package. Structure and working principle:

1) Bottom plate:

The bottom plate adopts the welding parts, with high rigidity and strength, and the installation surface is processed after aging treatment;

Test size of the bottom plate: 2.5M long * 2.0M wide, there are warning lines around and at the center, the middle line is the reference line of the test piece at the same time, the test specimen center for this line when testing, and people can not stand on the bottom plate.


2) The transmission beam

In the transmission cross arm, the left and right clamping arm servo motors drive the screw to move at the same time (the speed is adjustable). The clamped specimen reaches the set force and is stopped by the clamp arm's built-in pressure sensor.


3) Servo system:

When the clamping force of the two arms of the transmission cross arm reaches and stops, the servo control station controls the servo to perform the actions of rising, stopping, and falling through the chain drive cross arm, and the person cannot stand on both sides when testing.
